Organization
CPD Nepal is established as a not-for-profit company under the Companies Act, 2063 (2006) of Nepal. It was founded by its Founding Members through initial financial contributions totaling NRs 2.5 million as seed funding, complemented by non-financial contributions in the form of professional expertise, knowledge, time, and institutional support.
In accordance with its legal status, CPD Nepal will not distribute dividends or other profits to its Members. Any profit or surplus generated by the Company will be utilized solely for achieving its objectives, developing its programs, and strengthening its institutional capacity.
Board of Directors
The Directors are committed to providing strategic leadership, responsible governance, effective oversight, resource mobilization, and stakeholder engagement to advance the objectives of CPD Nepal. Directors will serve on a part-time, voluntary basis without remuneration, dedicating their time and expertise to the success and sustainability of the Company.
